Bees have become our most popular design, having stemmed from original artwork by Melanie that exhibited and sold at the Manchester Contemporary, going on to symbolise the preservation of environment, craftsmanship and community. Using traditional goldwork embroidery techniques mixed with contemporary colour palettes and 3D hand embellishment, they offer a simple, special way to encapsulate what makes someone tick, and make the perfect personalised gift that leaves someone feeling truly seen. Every brooch is a complete one-off, and we embrace being creative and experimental in our needlework approach. We use quality bullion and crystal alongside repurposed glass beads and felt, made from either recycled polyester or organic wool depending on the design. Each finished piece arrives in its own luxury gift box with a care card, ready to be treasured.
